What it does: Using mist, smoke, haze, or some other gaseous but opaque substance, the user is able to create realistic illusions. It is impossible for others to distinguish the illusion from the real thing visually.

Due to the user using chakra for their illusions, the entire area affected by the user directly emanates their chakra signature, and as such it is impossible to locate them within it, with chakra sensory techniques.

If the substance the user is using for this technique dissipates, the illusion disappears as well.

If casting the genjutsu over a substance not of the user's own creation, such as smoke from a smoke bomb, then the genjutsu will cost an extra 15 ap at activation, and an extra 5 ap for each post it is used afterwards.
