Backstory: Orokana was using tartors of the village as test subjest as he was hunting them. he made this jutsu as a decoy as he slowly dove them insane one by one.

Speed: it takes no time at all for the clones to spawn

What it does:
Makes 2 copies of the user, the clones can do any ninjutsu or weapon the user knows and or doesn't know. note they don't do damage but the enemy can feel the heat off a fireball for example, but if a clone uses a jutsu the user does know, it will make the enemy feel the damage. like for example if a clone uses batto jutsu on an enemy the enemy will feel like they are cut and will see blood, but it will not cut them
