What it does: Quote from Wiki "This technique causes the illusion of a tremendous ball of fire falling from the sky into a designated area. The targets involved in the illusion literaly feel the ball's hot temperature getting closer."

After the hand seals are performed a giant fireball will appear in the sky directly over where the user is standing. On the first post it will appear and begin to make its decent. It will appear to be moving at a speed of 55 towards the ground. While it is descending the illusion causes people in the area to feel the heat from the fireball, making the fireball feel real. The fire will appear to have a circumference of 100 meters as it falls filling up a lot of the sky. It will also appear to fall towards the victim if they move away.

On the users next post the fireball will make contact with the ground. Once it hits it will vanish, causing no damage or causing any lasting effects. Because of this the jutsu really can only be used once against an opponent since it will e obvious that the whole thing was an illusion.
