What it does: The jutsu developed by the fourth Hokage's want to imitate the tailed beast ball. It was then made famous by Naruto Uzumaki, and later by his son Boruto Uzumaki. This technique has been around ever since Lord Fourth, but hasn't been made very popular due to its difficult nature until recently, when more advanced shinobi have taken the challenge.
Logistics of the Rasengan:
-The rasengan itself is a sphere and has a radius of a quarter of a foot, but are frequently bigger than that, around a half foot.
-Rasengan can only be formed in the user's hand. Can only have one Rasengan active at a time.
