Originating Clan:Uchiha
Appearance:The Sharingan's base appearance is that of a red iris, with at maximum three tomoe positioned around the central pupil. When advanced, designs form within the iris replacing the tomoe for Mangekyo, when eternal is obtained, the new design is a mixture of both eyes mangekyo, but with the difference being each character will have their main design be more dominant, making for unique eternals even with the chosen recipients.
History:

What it does:

The Sharingan has multiple stages to its Dojutsu, each state must be unlocked before gaining the next.
The requirements for unlocking each state is described in the corresponding section below, an NPC may be used for the emotional triggers on the first three tomoe.
In order to use an NPC for the evolution you must make a single training post of 2,000 words minimum per tomoe, you will not receive stats for advancing the Dojutsu through this way.
All evolutions require staff approval regardless of NPC.

First Tomoe:

Description:
The first tomoe of the Sharingan is the basic state it takes upon awakening for the first time, it now gives the wielders iris a dark red color whilst adding what seems to be an extra pupil like tomoe at the edge of the iris.

Unlocking:
The first tomoe is awakened only within the eyes of an Uchiha, in order to awaken them the user must feel deep sorrow/sadness.

Powers:
The first tomoe is the most basic of the tomoe, it allows the user only select powers which are;
Chakra Vision, this allows the eyes to view chakra within ones body and weapons albeit on a dwarfed scale opposed to that of the Byakugan.
This is limited to only viewing the mass of chakra, not specifics such as the chakra network itself.

Second Tomoe:

Description:
The second tomoe of the Sharingan is a more enhanced ocular state of the Sharingan opposed to the first tomoe, it now gives the wielders two tomoe now within their eyes opposed to the single one gained at the prior level.

Unlocking:
The second tomoe can only be gained by advancing it from the first, this is done by feeling "Hopelessness" in battle, the feeling that you are not strong enough to go any further.

Powers:
The second tomoe of the Sharingan is a more enhanced state of the eye granting one more advanced ocular abilities, these are;
Enhanced Vision, the eyes are now capable of tracking high speeds, adding an extra 25 to their reaction time.
Due to this, the user gains what can be described as a form of foresight, their eyes able to predict the bodies next movements by observing the finest of details.
With the enhanced vision the users reaction time is increased thus this giving them 10 speed in this state only.
The user also retains the abilities of the first tomoe.

Third Tomoe:

Description:
The third tomoe of the Sharingan is the final state of the basic Sharingan, it now gives the wielders a third tomoe within their eye with all three making a triangular formation around the central pupil.

Unlocking:
The third tomoe can only be advanced from the second tomoe, this is done by feeling dependency upon the eyes, the need to get stronger because you cannot do it alone.

Powers:
The third tomoe is the fully mastered state of the basic Sharingan, due to this it grants multiple powers that include;

-Technique Copying:
By using the enhanced vision of the Sharingan eye one can read the hand seals used to preform select jutsu, as well as the chakra needed to preform each one.
Due to this, the user can "copy" the jutsu and be allowed use of it, the limitations to this is as followed;
You may preform any jutsu you see so long as you are capable of preforming it, this including specs, elements, stats, etc. After the thread finishes, you may learn one of the jutsu you seen, and used in this topic, at half the words as if you were being taught by a player. (This will be monitored for abuse so you cannot jump into a topic and have someone use the jutsu you want to learn in a spar, then get a discount.)

-Genjutsu Resistance:
With the eyes enhanced vision they are more resistance against visual Genjutsu, due to this visual Genjutsu require only half the stated requirements to break, the users able to see through the Genjutsu as if it was simply a hologram shrouding the physical world allowing them to ascertain what is real, but not be immune to the effects.
On ocular Genjutsu only the user can flow chakra to their eyes which is the afflicted area, and shatter the Genjutsu in the same manner as Genjutsu release should they be capable.
Exceptions may apply, should a Genjutsu have bonus requirements to break the Genjutsu aside from simple Chakra.

-Sharingan Genjutsu:
With the eyes advanced ocular powers they are now capable of casting a visual genjutsu with direct eye contact.
The Genjutsu must be trained, the eyes at this state simply allow one to use it.

-Enhanced Vision:
With the ocular prowess of the third tomoe the users vision is increased to even greater levels, this grants the wielder a boost of +50 more to their reaction time. With the increase in reaction time, the wielder also gains 15 speed during this state only.
The user also retains all abilities of the prior tomoe.

Mangekyo Sharingan:

Description:
The Mangekyo Sharingan is the near perfected state of the Sharingan, once awakened the eyes take on a unique design in each user with shades of black and crimson.

Unlocking:

- Requires the loss of a close friend, or family member. A bond must be present, Mangekyo is caused by mourning and actually feeling sad, you cannot get Mangekyo from your uncle twice removed that you never met and only found out died. You must be able to show the bond between the characters, this will be monitored for abuse. A PC must be used for this

Powers:
The Mangekyo Sharingan advances ones ocular prowess drastically, not only does it grant them the prior powers but enhances a select few whilst granting unique powers in this state.
The powers are listed below;

-Genjutsu: Mangekyo Sharingan:
An upgraded version of the basic version used with the three tomoe. (Must know Genjutsu: Sharingan)

-Genjutsu Resistance:
While active, the Mangekyo Sharingan is immune to all visual A-Rank and lower Genjutsu, S-Rank and higher follow the Genjutsu rules.

-Mangekyo Sharingan Summons:
Through use of the Mangekyo Sharingan's Genjutsu: Sharingan, the user may force a contract with another players summon. When this is done, the user of the Sharingan is allowed free control over the summon for the duration of the topic. Upon conclusion of the topic the Sharingan user can choose to take up the contract with the individual summon and must pay the JP for it. {You may not dominate your own summons, then sell the contract to cheat the system} In the case of Bijuu, they count as S-Rank summons, they do not require bonding since they are enslaved, but you must have enough chakra to summon S-Rank summons.

-Mangekyo Sharingan Techniques:
The Mangekyo Sharingan grants the user access to unique techniques that can only be preformed through the eyes.
All of the techniques must be trained and registered, the eyes are limited to one technique in each eye, and a combined technique using both eyes totaling three being the max techniques an eye can have.

-Enhanced Vision:
With the ocular prowess of the Mangekyo Sharingan the users vision is increased to even greater levels, this grants the wielder +80 to their reaction time, with the increase in reaction time the wielder also gains 20 speed during this state only.

Drawbacks:

-Blindness:
In order to add some realism and drawbacks to the Mangekyo Sharingan, any Mangekyo specific
technique you use and time of Mangekyo being activated will start to
make you go blind. At first nothing will be noticed, but after using the
eye for 50 post your vision will become blurred, after another 40 posts
it will be hard to see. Once you use Mangekyo Sharingan for 120 posts,
you’ll become blind. Mangekyo techniques count as 2 posts towards
blindness, so example being: You have used MS for 20 posts and then use
Amaterasu in the post; you’ll now have 22 Posts towards blindness. This
makes getting EMS more important and stops the overuse of MS.

You must state in each post how close you are to becoming blind. I.E.: You
start a topic with MS and have already used it 7 times. At the bottom of
the post you need to put 8/120 MS uses.
The Mangekyo Sharingan also allows all the powers from it's prior tomoe state, stats do not stack however.

-Stamina:
With the large amount of stamina required to use the Mangekyo, all Mangekyo jutsu will cost 2x the actions to use, rounded up to the nearest whole.

Eternal Mangekyo:

Description:
The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is the perfected state of the Sharingan, once awakened the eyes take on a unique design symbolizing the fusion of both eyes.

Unlocking:
The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is gained through the transplantation of another players Mangekyo Sharingan, this replaces your original eyes.
Once recovering from the transplant the eyes will taken on the conjoined shape of both eyes. The transplant takes thirty posts total of recovery, this is the period where the eyes are merging with the genetics and adjusting so they will be unusable during this period. If multiple people are in the thread, you can count their posts towards the total due to them progressing the timeline.

Powers:

With the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan being the perfect state of the Sharingan all the previous powers on the lesser stages have been enhanced;

-The tracking now allows +25 speed, and you are now granted a +100 to reaction time.

-With the Eternal state acquired certain drawbacks are also removed from the eyes, these is the removal of the blindness counter and additional action counters.

-A bonus perk of the Eternal state comes with that of the techniques, you will be allowed to learn one Mangekyo exclusive technique at half the words to train, can only be used once and cannot be refunded and used again.

-Another bonus effect of the Eternal is with the techniques, due to obtaining a new pair of eyes you gain access to their specific techniques as well should the qualifications be met, thus this allows the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan to have a total of 6 techniques at max, your three original, and the three from the new eyes.

Implanting the Sharingan

The Sharingan is capable of being implanted into a new host, should it be another Uchiha it will work as normal. However, should it be implanted into someone not of the Uchiha clan the eye will remain active and due to this, will cost someone the following action points for every post it is out unless covered up.

The only way to make yourself a fit host is to have Uchiha dna transplanted, and awaken the eyes in your own body thus adjusting them to you, or through use of medical ninjutsu to make the eyes accept the new host.

CGP Cost:
One Tomoe:5 CGP per post
Two Tomoe:10 CGP per post
Three Tomoe: Considered mastered basic Sharingan, only requires 1 CGP per post. (15 if not an Uchiha)
Mangekyo:20 CGP
Eternal: 5 CGP, considered a mastered Sharingan. (25 if not an Uchiha)

Requirements:
-Be a pure blooded Uchiha.

Ok up the speed giving in each state by 5 each, this is too weak considering what is all on the site
