Capabilities: With Lightning Release chakra, the sword can be infused to gain electric abilities and have a shocking surface if needed. This gives the user +20 swinging speed.

Description: It's a katana with a dragon headed grip in the end. Besides it's lightning capabilities, it has nothing special.
Durability: 50
Sharpness: 75



Costs: I wish staff to chose the cost.

Requirements: Buying it and having lightning release. Only 1 exists though.
