Description: The user plays a melody though the flute, whoever hears it will become paralysed as if their bodies became heavier. This technique will not affect Allies who stand behind the user to resist the attack you must have a chakra stat thats at least five points higher then the user. Character Specific: NoExtra Requirements: Must have a Demonic Flute Duration: Until Cancelled or Dispelled Cooldown: 2 Post Range: 10 meters Power: 30Speed: 30 Stat Boosts: -Chakra/Endurance Use: 30Canon or Custom: Cannon
