What it does: The user lets out an ear splitting screech which can level a forest, if the decidable is high enough it can turn the users brain to mush killing them instantly, After being hit the target is left dizzy if they survive for one post this only happens if they have lower endurance then the user. The user on the other hand will be left unable to speak or use any sonic jutsu for four post due to their shredded vocal chords.

If the target is faster then the user they can avoid the jutsu in full. You can also take partial damage if you have the same endurance stat as the users strength. If you have a higher endurance stat then the users strength Stat you can resist the damage all together.
