Puppets
Puppets are used as weapons by puppeteers. They are most often humanoid-looking creations, but depending on the creator, can resemble anything. They are fashioned in a manner that uses every part as a weapon, giving the puppeteer a myriad of ways to manipulate it. Puppets are long-ranged type weapons that can be used offensively, defensively or for supplementary reasons, and are controlled by Chakra threads.

A puppets Rank deterred how many fingers it takes to control them.

A puppet can have weapons. The amount of weapons and abilities a puppet can have is based on he puppets rank. Abilities are equal to Chakra Gauge.

Puppets and Ranks
Academy Students: None
Genin: Unlimited D  and E Rank Puppets, 2 C Rank
Chunin: Unlimited C,D and E Rank, 5 B Rank.
Jonin/Anbu: Unlimited C,D,E Rank Puppets
Sannin: Unlimited E-B puppets, 4 A Rank Puppets
Kage: Unlimited A and Lower puppets, 5 S-Rank Puppets

Puppet parts must be purchased, Poisons need to be registered in the Items and Weapons section. Word count to build is the same as Jutsu in the rank of the puppet equals how many words.
